Every two years we are required to perform a diversity survey as at 31st March of our principals and staff and to publish the results on our website. You can download a copy of our 2021 survey below.
We benchmarked our results against our 2019 survey and those of other ICAEW firms as contained in the ICAEW Biennial Diversity Report 2017. Some key differences are:

• Aged 16 – 24: 30%: (2019: 32% (ICAEW: 17%);
• Aged 25 – 34: 20% (2019: 16%(ICAEW: 26%);

  • Male 30% (2019:40% ICAEW: 44%)
  • Female: 70% (2019:60% ICAEW: 52%)
  • University Educated: 25% (ICAEW: No Comparable)

These reflect our policy of recruiting school leavers, as opposed to graduates into our training programmes.
