Every two years we are required to perform a diversity survey as at 31st March of our principals and staff and to publish the results on our website. You can download a copy of our 2023 survey below.
We benchmarked our results against our 2021 and 2019 surveys. Some key comparisons are:
• Aged 16 – 24: 20% (2021: 30% ; 2019: 32%);
• Aged 25 – 34: 25% (2021: 20% ; 2019: 16%);
- Male 55% (2021: 30% ; 2019: 40%)
- Female: 45% (2021 : 70% ; 2019: 60%)
- University Educated: 35% (2021: 25%)
The above shows our continued comittment to the training and development of young people.
