Every two years we are required to perform a diversity survey as at 31st March of our principals and staff and to publish the results on our website. You can download a copy of our 2019 survey below.
We benchmarked our results against those of other ICAEW firms as contained the ICAEW Biennial Diversity Report 2017. Some key differences are:
• Aged 16 – 24: 32% (ICAEW: 14%);
• Aged 25 – 34: 16% (ICAEW: 29%); and
• University Educated: 28% (ICAEW: 45%).
These reflect our policy of recruiting school leavers, as opposed to graduates into our training programmes.
