Even with the benefit of reasonably priced, sophisticated software payroll and all the rules surrounding it is challenging and time-consuming. We offer a bureau payroll service at very competitive and cost-effective rates for payrolls of 1 to 100s of employees, including:

  • Monthly, 4-weekly, fortnightly or weekly
  • Up-to-gross calculations based on hours worked and hourly rates
  • Gross-to-net calculations with deductions for PAYE, NIC, pensions and any other deductions such as student loan repayments
  • Production of pay slips, payroll summaries, PAYE/NIC summaries
  • Management of SSP, SMP etc.
  • Management of auto-enrolment
  • Payment of employees (and PAYE/NI, if required) through our client account (pre-funded by you)
  • Full RTI compliance

For contractors using the Construction Industry Scheme to pay sub-contractors, we can deal with their monthly CIS returns and, because it is closely allied to payroll, being an employment tax, we can deal with all your P11Ds.

The pricing of our bureau services is based on a standard price list ''per process'' (subject to a minimum charge for the smallest payrolls). Payrolls in excess of 50 employees may be charged at an hourly rate, if (as is often the case) this proves to be cheaper.
